Wellbeing Apps Supporting Family Carers & Caregivers - Update
Our suite of simple, practical wellbeing apps are designed to support unpaid carers and caregivers in their daily lives. Each app offers short, evidence-based tools to help carers manage stress, strengthen connections, and track their wellbeing - one small step at a time.
📱 Now available:
* Beacan (formerly Carer Compass) – your personal mood and wellbeing tracker, offering kind, AI-powered reflections and tailored daily support.
* Anchare – helps you prioritise tasks and find calm, with grounding tools and micro-breaks for when emotions or caring duties feel overwhelming.
* CareLogger – a secure space to record notes, appointments, and wellbeing reflections.
* Unlonely (launching Nov 15) – a space to rebuild social connection through gentle daily check-ins and real-world prompts.
These tools are free for carers and community organisations to explore, and they’ve been developed from years of frontline experience delivering carer wellbeing programs and facilitator training.
If you work with carers, peer groups, or wellbeing networks, I’d love for you to try them out or share them with your team.
